Pre-auth: We send you a secure pre-authorization link to confirm funds (you’re only charged for what you keep).
Pickup & delivery: We collect the items from their physical stores and deliver them to your home.
Try-on: You try everything on while our driver waits outside.
Keep or return: Keep what you love; we return the rest.
